1.If any item is defective upon receipt,pls contact us for the return address,return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer receives the goods.
2.If it is quality problem or seller ships wrong type or color,we will pay the return shipping fee.But pls choose the same shipment as seller.
3.Returned item has to be in its original state.
4.After receiving the returned goods,we will made a replacement depends on our available stock,if not available,a refund will be issued.
5.If item is damaged by buyer,we will not accept any changing or refunding,hope you can understand.
6. Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days (the date depends on the DHL); please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address.
7. To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail, and the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer.

We will send items out within 24 hours by Fedex after receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you will be able to check the order status by www.fedex.com. During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. In order to make sure package safety, a signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered.

Hair Care
Washing
1, Wash and condition hair regularly. Best once twice a week.
2, Detangle hair gently before washing.Do not rub or twist hair. Add mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair to clean. Rinse throughly.
3, Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally . Do not expose to sun.
4, If the hair is straight, please straighten it after wash. If it is wave, please put some hair gel for holding this wave.
5, Comb curly hair gently with your fingers from end to top . Do not brush. Brush straighter hair in a downward motion straight with the ends.
6, Certain iteams should not be brushed. EG braids, DOM,ETC.Consult your hair stylist if in doubt.
7, The combs you’d better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.
8, Do not blows the root if hairs too near with the hair drier.Do not grasping the root of the hair overexert when washing .
Styling
It is better to avoid heat. Heat is your one of your hair's biggest enemy, the more you use it, the shorter your hair extensions 1, Wash and condition hair regularly. Best once twice a week.

Storing
It is best to store the human hair in it's original container. However, you can store the hair in a plastic bag.To keep the desired curl pattern, you may want to set the hair on rollers that conform to the curl size you wish to maintain before storing in plastic.
