1.If any item is defective upon receipt,pls contact us for the return address,return is accepted within 7 days after the buyer receives the goods.
2.If it is quality problem or seller ships wrong type or color,we will pay the return shipping fee.But pls choose the same shipment as seller.
3.Returned item has to be in its original state.
4.After receiving the returned goods,we will made a replacement depends on our available stock,if not available,a refund will be issued.
5.If item is damaged by buyer,we will not accept any changing or refunding,hope you can understand.
6. Return/Refund is accepted within 7 days (the date depends on the DHL); please contact us first and return the goods according to the return address.
7. To avoid delivery lost, return should be arranged by register airmail, and the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number where you will be able to check the order status by www.fedex.com. During holidays, inclement weather, and big sales shipping may take a little longer but all customers will be notified of any delays. In order to make sure package safety, a signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered.
